1. Schools need to develop a well structured counselling program that encompasses all the key elements of effective counselling.
   • Schools can leverage various online & offline tools & resources to make the program easy & engaging for students. Be it the online sessions or offline education fairs, seminars, schools must ensure that these events are happening during regular intervals to create a need & interest among the students.
2. Schools must ensure that teachers are well trained & equipped with latest market knowledge for effective counselling. Remember a knowledgeable guide takes less time to reach the destination.
3. Schools must include parents as a part of counselling programs as they are the main influencers in the lives of the students. This will create uniformity & collaboration & can act as a bridge between the student & the school thus making the process easier & adaptive.
4. Invest more in strategies, plans & learning materials to create an effective eco system of career counselling.
