Melodies can sent shivers across the horizons. When it comes to tunes of Mother Earth, she is soothing, affluent and shows abundance. To give vent to these feelings the tiny-tots of The Lucknow Public Collegiate, Jopling Road Celebrated Green Day on 1 st August 2026.
The day was a Eco-Friendly kaleidoscope of nature warriors holding the legacy of the planet carrying the slogan Save Earth, Save Planet. This reverberated in the ramp walk of the tiny- tots who kept on displaying their mottos Say no to Junk Food,
Avoid throwing waste, Make a Green Environment, Eat Healthy , Use Biodegradable Material and so on. It also witnessed impersonating of a vegetable and fruits as a speaking character articulating their nutritional qualities. Embracing the colors of harmony and prosperity the budding nature warriors took the lead to acquaint the audience with their gestures and eloquent speeches the significance of this day. Fun-filled games for the parents made the day lively.
The green pastures were echoing of some actions to be taken to save our planet earth. Accompanying these insights and thought provoking suggestions were the bountiful rhythmic movements. They became the true nature dancers with their performance on the song . The green cut outs that were green and green only spreading happiness and sending a message of ecological balance. Poems and skit performed reminded of that future that will be dystopian if earth’s resources are not properly taken care of.
The Joint Director of the Collegiate Ma’am Fareha Khan instilled with her motivating words the spirit to imbibe green in the form of less pollution, healthy food, planting more trees and to be a nature lover. The Principal Mr. Rajiv Gupta concluded the day with the focus on sustainable future for the genetations to come.
